old school sap buckets Mud season has begun. Ah, the mud. The snow is melting and the water is flowing. What also has begun is the sugaring process that results in world renown Vermont Maple Syrup. Today we got to visit a sugar shack and see first hand how its done. The boys thought it was wonderful.
