It's February....

How can it be February already?  It seems like just yesterday that school started. My last post, gasp, seems to be from August. How can that be? I thought that when the kids got older that I would have more time to do things I needed/wanted to do....where has that time gone? I think I have less "time"  now that ever before.

Since my last post, the boys have started school.  William to High School(9th), James to 6th grade and the last year at the elementary school(yay!!) and Thomas to 3rd grade.  When we moved here William was starting 6th and James 3rd.  I have walked some of these roads before.  High School is a new adventure. Fourteen is a new adventure. Summer photos don't represent the W now - he is transforming.

Christmas Morning - 2015
Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas have all passed.  We enjoyed them all. Here are some photos to prove it but Thanksgiving seems to escaped documentation. I didn't send a Christmas card for the first time ever - kinda sad :(

We cruised through January. Not much snow to speak of. We watched other parts of the country enjoy and stress over the piles of snow, jealous it wasn't us.  The ground now is wet and muddy. Our snow has mostly melted and we are sad.  The boys want to ski.  There is only so much the snow machines can do.  Hopefully this weird weather will dump some snow on us sometime soon.  If not, we will enter mud season really early!

Other news of note - Thomas turned 9 on Jan. 23rd!  What a day!  He had a good time with family and friends.
Fancy - brownie, & white chocolate, milk chocolate and dark chocolate ganache cake
